Authority Letters is back... and this time it's different.

At the risk of making myself sound entirely unrelatable I came up with one of my best programme ideas whilst lounging next to a pool, in the sunshine, in Malaga last September.

I was taking time ‘off’ but suddenly everything clicked in my head.

The combination of the rooftop views and perspective I had looking over the city… all helped me tap into a bigger vision and see possibilities. (Seeking a similar ‘aha’ moment? I shared some suggestions for getting them, here).

Searching my camera roll, I just found this selfie from the same morning of this idea. Clearly happy with myself! And, yes, I’m a corny Newsletter Enthusiast.

But anyway…back to this programme in question.

The name came to me in that moment too: Authority Letters.

Authority Letters helps coaches, consultants and advisors turn their depth of insight into their clients’ needs and experiences into a clear thesis. Their One Big Idea. They take their intuition, pattern recognition and principles about their work and turn it into the written word.

And not just any writing. Writing that will call in more of their ideal clients who truly value this depth of thinking. This is much more than ‘content marketing’. This is about creating a cohesive articulation of your best thinking, which is valuable in its own right.

It’s then externalising that thinking in the form of a narrative essay you are proud to stand behind. One that acts as a bat signal for clients, collaborators and referrers to find you.

Authority Letters is many many things to me:

• Its the culmination of a lot of my beliefs, ideas and perspectives

• It reflects my unique skills, interests and strengths in one container

• Its the exact programme many of my ideal clients need, and, honestly, one I’ve needed myself

When you do work that truly aligns with who you are (as I’m always encouraging you to do), you’ll know how rare and powerful that feeling of alignment is when you find it.

I’m really grateful to share that 20 business owners have now been through the Authority Letters process.

With each cohort, the work has deepened both in how I teach it and how it lands. The second cohort produced incredibly strong first drafts of their Hero Pieces, which felt like a real reflection of that evolution.

And you can see how this work starts to ripple out. Because when your thinking becomes clearer, so does your work (your offers, how you deliver, how you sell yourself). It all gets simpler, more focused, and far more like you.

All this to say….

Without clarity on what I stand for in the first place, and the exact work I want to be doing from a skills and business model perspective, none of these things would have fallen into place.

And that’s why I am honestly so proud of the work that has gone into Authority Letters because I know, with certainty, that what members get is way more than just an ‘essay’.
